Oleg Maskaev & Samuel Peter Maçı 2 Şubat’ta

Oleg Maskaev’in rahatsızlığını belirtmesinden sonra 6 Ekim’deki maçın iptal olması ve sonuçta Samel Peter’e WBC interim kemeri verilmesinin ardından merakla beklenen Maskaev & Peter maçının tarihi açıklandı.

2 Şubat’ta WBC’nin en büyük iki ismi kapışacak. Maçın promosyon haklarını ise 3,1 milyon dolara Don King almış durumda.

Maskaev & Peter maçının galibi ise kemerini, McCline maçıyla ringlere geri dönmesi beklenen, ancak sakatlığını belirterek dönmeyen Vitali Klitschko’ya karşı korumaya çalışacak. Gerekten çok kritik ve zevkli maçlar olacak!

Maskaev & Peter müsabakası, neredeyse 1 senedir bekleniyordu ve senenin en iyi maçlarından biri olmasına adaydı. Maçın iptalinden sonra Nijerya tarafından, kemerin Peter’e verilmesinin ardından ise Rusya tarafından çok ciddi ve ateşli tartışmalar başlatılmıştı. Bu maç 2008′in en iyi maçı olabilir!
